Each of the 4 Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Each of them may slightly differ in the wording due to points of view. Take Matthew and John for example. They were two of the Twelve who were with Jesus. They were two of the original twelve disciples. Luke was a doctor and mark was the cousin of Barnabas who was with Paul (mentioned in Acts).
