Overcome Evil

         The bible says in Romans 12:21, “Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.”  We need to always overcome evil with good.  God is good, so since we are suppose to live as He wants us to live we need to over come evil with good.  Remember Jesus is our example.  He never overcame evil with evil.  Jesus conquered death, hell, and sin because He was blameless, sinless, and died on the cross and is resurrected so our sins are forgiven and we can live in heaven with Him forever. One Body

         Just about every night for the past 3-5 years I have read Romans 12.  In my most read bible version, (King James/Amplified parallel bible) this section (chapter 12) is called “Christian Conduct.”  The Orthodox Study Bible and the NIV Study Bible I have divided the Chapter into different sections, but in general I think that “Christian Conduct” covers the entire chapter very well.
