If God be with us, who can be against us?… Romans 8:31

Our God is an awesome God.  He is a mighty powerful and majestic God.  He sent Jesus, His only begotten Son, to die on the cross so our sins can be forgiven.  There is no problem He can not solve.  Jesus conquered death, hell and the grave.  He conquered sin.  Jesus is Lord of all.  He is victorious.  If Jesus is on our side, who can be against us?  We are protected.  Make sure that God is with you and on your side.

Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature… Mark 16:15

Jesus tells us in this verse to spread the Good News about Jesus dieing on the cross and raising from the dead so our sins can be forgiven to everyone.  He wants you, and me to live in heaven with Him. This week try to witness to someone and lead them to Jesus, but make sure to let the Holy Spirit open the door.  Take a look at How do I get to heaven?

Without wood a fire goes out; without gossip a quarrel dies down…Proverbs 26:20

I firmly believe this verse.  I think that gossip can cause plenty of trouble and that gossip can make a quarrel worse.  Think about it.  If you are mad at person A, and person B comes and tells you something about person A, unless it is an apology, it usually stirs up more anger.   Take a look at How do I get to heaven?



Now then we are ambassadors for Christ…2 Corinthians 5:20

If we are ambassadors for Christ, then we need to represent Him well. This week focus on being the best witness for Him as possible. Of course we are to live as Jesus wants us to every day, but start off by taking it one week at a time or even one day… if you let Jesus run your life you will be full of joy. If you hit hard times, remember that Jesus is your Lord and “behold, the Lord is my helper,” (psalm 54:4). Take a look at How do I get to heaven?

So do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord… 2 Timothy 1:8

We should never be ashamed of the Gospel of Christ. He came and was beaten, spit on, mocked, and crucified for all our sins to be forgiven. The Good News is that Jesus is resurrected.
